• Rental of “Extra” Equipment (Depending on room size)
• Our Certified Technicians - or -  Do you have an In- house Technician
• Tracks or a Band
• Room Size (Seating Capacity)
• Mood Music (Prior to Show start and Intermission)   
• We may suggest and determine: The Set Duration and Number of Sets as per our experience
• We may suggest and determine: Your Seating Arrangements as per our experience

OUR PROMISE to you as Promoters:
If your Show is a *Public Function* we, at Robin Kelly Productions, want to assist in making your date a Success
We will Advertise via: Prior Shows (Schedule Hand Outs - Our Web Site and Fan Club)


COSTS to CONSIDER - Contract Information:

• Entertainer Air Travel (Out of Home Base)
• Accommodations
• Meals
• Non alcohol Beverages
• Ground Travel
• Secure and Private Dressing Rooms
• Security if required
• Insurance (To cover loss or thefts to Entertainers Property)
• Deposit is Required Immediately to secure Booking accompanied with the Signed Contract
• You will be required to pay the Balance Due (Upon Arrival for Equipment Set Up): Note: Payment to be given directly to our office Promoter/Manager or Robin Kelly only
• In turn, we pay the Entertainer/s, Technician/s and or Band
• Contracts are made through our Office only with you and must be Signed prior to confirmation
